I'm currently working on finishing up my dissertation, so hopefully, it won't be too much longer until I finally to get join the real world. :)

I can occasionally be somewhat shy, but very easy going and straightforward.

I am humble, yet proud.

I am the nice guy, but I know when I'm being taken advantage of.

I am cautious, yet edgy.

I am NOT the walrus, although I did study them as an undergrad.

I am an extrovert trapped in the body of an introvert.

Lately in my free time, I've taken to writing music and poetry. Nothing worth swooning over of course, but it keeps me busy:)

When I'm not studying, I enjoy music (both listening to and playing my guitar), and just relaxing in general. I also have a bit of an adventure bug. Sometimes I'll just go out and drive around town just to see what's out there. A few things I've always wanted to try: rock climbing, sky diving, and scuba diving. I also enjoy hanging out with friends, whether its having a few drinks at a bar or catching a movie or otherwise.

I'm looking to meet some new people and maybe, just maybe, find a girl with a good sense of humor who wouldn't mind sharing in some of my adventures.

I'm not sure what else to say except that I am who I am, and I think that who I am happens to be not that bad of a guy at all. What do you think?
