There are still nice guys out there.

I like who I am. I'm honest, kind, compassionate, down-to-earth, fun, caring, affectionate, young-at-heart, pro-choice, intelligent, passionate, creative and liberal ... and proud of it.

I care about the environment and treatment of animals. I recycle and buy cruelty-free products and organic food when I can. I boycott Wal-Mart. I believe in evolution.

I'm a moderate drinker, usually wine with dinner, although have been known to enjoy a good margarita on occasion. I have an open mind about alternative remedies, but don't reject Western medicine, either. Tennis is my favorite form of exercise, followed by biking and hiking.

I have eclectic musical tastes. I enjoy reading and love movies, especially independent films. I may be the only guy you ever meet who likes The Jane Austen Book Club.

I have no religious faith, but do have a spiritual side largely influenced by Buddhism and Taoism. Imagine a blend of Joseph Campbell, The Tao of Pooh and Chief Seattle to get a sense of my spirituality. Basically, I do my best to live a life of compassion, treat others (including animals and the Earth) as I want to be treated, and try not to get too attached to things.

I'd like to make a difference in the world and share my life with a kindred spirit in a loving, passionate, intimate, committed, forever relationship.

I think happiness is even better when it's shared.
