I'm a software architect by day, fantasy author by night. I have a Harley that I more or less just ride to the gym or the grocery store to pick up eggs. I can argue politics with the best of them, but am respectful of opposing views. I am at the gym six times a week but will happily splurge on the occasional meal meant to clog several arteries. I love to travel, to get out and see the world, both near and far, but am quite content to sit at home and chill if the day calls for it. I am both a logical thinker, planner, and long-term view sort of guy yet completely willing to give myself over to my emotions. I am a romantic at heart; I adore giving and receiving affection, be it physical or emotional.

That’s me. More or less. Actually, less. After all, how can anyone boil himself or herself into a short paragraph.

Now, the person for whom I am looking?

Someone with whom I share a lot in common, yet is different enough to keep things interesting and challenge me. Someone not afraid of a hard workout at the gym. Someone who I can spend an evening in the kitchen, cooking side-by-side one of our favorite dishes while chatting about our day. Someone who appreciates the finer things in life but is not materialistic—stuff is just stuff, after all. Someone who can challenge me intellectually, is witty, can take some good-natured teasing as well as she gives it. Someone who can understand and be secure in the fact that my soon to be ex-wife will remain friends. We are determined to make the relationship a healthy one for our kids as they didn't ask for mom and dad to fall out of love.

So, that's it. That’s me.
