I am not the physical specimen I once was,though I am always working toward improving myself, physically and mentally. Always learning, always growing, in all aspects physical, mental and spiritual.

I am a pantheist, and in no way religious. I don't have much tolerance for it either. Just getting that out there, no sense pulling any punches so to speak. I don't want to waste your time or mine.

I believe that religion is not a substitute for ethics, plain and simple.

Some things I enjoy.

Music is my first love, along with reading, and writing, out door activities - hikes, picnics, walks, day trips/drives, great food ( I have been accused of actually knowing what I'm doing in the kitchen ), I do enjoy my football, in addition to being a sports fan overall. I love animals of all sorts, and they seem to love me as well. I am good with children as well.
