My ideal day would be to go down to the beach before the sun comes up and catch a bunch of fish, then cook breakfast and lounge around a bit in the waves. Next go drive around town and check out a museum or an art gallery, or catch some live music somewhere. Come back, grill up the fish with some salsa, limes, tortillas and a beer. Take a nap in the hammock. Then go out to dinner and a show, or over to a friend's house for a BBQ. Make sure to catch the sunset. Then back down to the beach for a midnight swim or lobster dive. As great as this day would be, it would be even better if there was a beautiful, funny, intelligent, clever, bright and bubbly woman on my arm :)
