I'm a VoiceOver Artist, Actor, (mostly commercial and film,) patron of the arts, and humanist. I enjoy the outdoors, reading, live music, photography, film, homebrewing (beer and wine), philosophy, psychology, comparative mythology, etymology, history, the sciences, (...though I'm no fan of math, ha!...) and knowledge in general. You can typically find me in my spare moments listening to NPR, or absorbed in a book or Wikipedia article. Some favorite authors include Vonnegut, Hemingway, Jonathan Swift, Joseph Campbell, C.J. Jung, Emerson, Thoreau, etc.

I love irony, satire, sarcasm, a healthy dose of irreverence, and twinkle-eyed cynicism. My favorite comedians are Louis C.K., Lewis Black, Eddie Izzard, Dylan Moran, Bill Hicks, George Carlin, and so on.

I'm a night owl, and my most productive time happens as the sun is setting, and the evening begins to cool.

My friends describe me as genuine and helpful, and tell me I keep good counsel. My agent and casting directors with whom I've worked have described my natural character-type as "approachable, nerdy everyman." I think I'm a fairly self-aware person, and in that reflective introspection, I'd like to think I strike a good balance between being heartfelt and cerebral.

I think that it's important to continue growing, exploring, and challenging ourselves throughout the course of our lives, lest we stagnate and atrophy. Equally as important is to remember-your-roots and remain grounded. As another brilliant author, Paul Auster, said, "We construct a narrative for ourselves, and that's the thread that we follow from one day to the next. People who disintegrate as personalities are the ones who lose that thread." ...I try my best to keep that close at heart.
