Words that describe me include grateful, flexible, resilient, even-tempered, intelligent, and analytical. I’m a secular humanist. I like pretty much any physical activity, especially time spent in the forest preserve which is my favorite local place to be. But I also like good conversation, reading, listening to music, and just chilling out. I am focused on healthy living with goals of longevity and feeling great. I work out with a trainer twice a week and stay active with lots of bike riding the rest of the time. I pay attention to what I eat (mostly paleo), go to bed early and get plenty of sleep, and attempt to stay as unstressed as possible. I'm in great health and very fit (my resting heart rate is in the low 40s). I have a small business that I work from home, and I am also back in school working on a degree in fitness and wellness. My motto is 'be yourself' and I consider a touch of eccentricity a virtue. My life is great and I am thoroughly enjoying it. It would be nice to have someone to share it with.
